Ordering and Sizing
What size should I buy?
All cycling gear available at Victory Peak is designed to match typical western sizing. So please order the size you normally order from other cycling brands. Just bear in mind that we produce regular fit, not race fit silhouette of cycling jerseys.
Overall cycling apparel typically runs a size smaller than casual wear and T-shirts in the marker. For a looser fit, we recommend ordering one size up from your usual US T-shirt size.
For cycling jerseys, we advise measuring your chest and selecting the appropriate size accordingly. If your stomach is larger than your chest, we recommend using your stomach measurement instead.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, but you have 24 hours from to cancel an order or make changes such as item size or shipping address. After this 24-hour period, cancellations will not be accepted. Especially if customer placed wrong shipping address he will be responsible for collecting items from that address.

What is your Shipping Time?
Shipping time vary depending on where you are and what you've ordered. Since we use a print-on-demand production method for most of our products, there's a production and fulfillment time to consider before shipping, usually about 1-5 working days.
If you're in a rush please select expedited delivery, which takes approximately 3-7 days to reach destinations like the USA, Canada, and Australia. We've partnered with awesome companies like DHL Express and FedEx for this service. The cost of express shipping is calculated based on the weight of your items during checkout.
But if you're not in a hurry right now, we've got you covered with our FREE Ground Shipping option. Your items will be sent using standard inland postal services such as Royal Mail or USPS. This typically takes around 9-14 working days to reach destinations in the USA, Canada, Australia, and Europe.
*Shipping times might be affected by things like public holidays, natural disasters, global pandemics, and border closures around the world. Unfortunately, these are things beyond our control.
How long is Express Shipping take?

Item does not fit, what should I do?
You could go through exchange or return procedure.
EASY EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
If you're a first-time customer, you can opt for our easy exchange re-order process. You won't need to return the item but will receive a 70% discount code when ordering the correct size.

To initiate an exchange, please email us at info@victorypeak-cycling.com with details of the items you wish to exchange, and we will provide further instructions.
RETURN PROCEDURE
All products on our website can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging. Please email us if you would like to note down your request to return and we will share the return address with you.
What is your Return and Refund policy?
All products on our website can bereturned within 30 days of delivery.Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging. We accept returns for the following reasons only: Received faulty or damaged items; Received incorrect items; Received items in the wrong size.
Please note that as per our return policy allreturns must be shipped back to our return department, which is currently based in Europe. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and we do not provide pre-paid return labels.
If you need to return an item, please follow these steps:
1) Email us at info@victorypeak-cycling.com with your order number and reason for return.
2) We'll note down your return request and share the return address with you.
3) Once return is received and inspected by our returns department, refunds to your original form of payment will be issued. It may take 2-5 business days to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
Please do not send items back without prior log, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Can I Exchange an item?
You may exchange items within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges can be processed through two methods:
1) Want to exchange item to different model? You would need to return your item to us, and upon accepting your items, we will send you a desired replacement.
2) Want to exchange your item to different size? If you're a first-time customer, you can opt for an easy exchange re-order process. You won't need to return the item but will receive a 70% discount code when ordering the correct size.
